Fall bear hunt sept 15 2013
Had a great week of bear hunting at our newest location. It was a 2 hr drive in trucks pulling trailers, then 2 hrs by quads pulling trailers then 15 minute boat rides across the lake to the camp. The weather was great and the guests were even better. Good hunting all week with 5 bears in 3 days. One of the hunters even shot a black wolf at the bait! We couldn't find it in the dark until the next ...day. By then either a bear or the other wolves ate most of it. Only recovered the head and neck. 1 down, several hundred to go. So 3 bears killed with traditional bows, 2 killed with .30 cals, 1 wolf killed with .30 cal. Hate to say it but many of you missed out on a great deal on a hunt of a lifetime. Pretty hard to find a comparable hunt, never mind at the discounted price I offered. This was a one time deal, next year full price, and we are selling out fast. Everybody gets a bear,
