Cancellation Policy

In the event of an interruption or cancelation for ANY reason, RIVERSIDE LODGE DOES NOT OFFER ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

·        REFUNDS OR CREDITS

·        CARRY FORWARD ANY BOOKINGS OR PAYMENTS

·        RESCHEDULING OPTIONS.

PLEASE NOTE:

ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS RECEIVED BY RIVERSIDE LODGE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS RECEIVED BY RIVERSIDE LODGE ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER DATE.

All deposits & payments are Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable regardless of the circumstance or reason/s, including but not limited to, area closures, government closures or restrictions, health and wellness of client, acts of God, global pandemics or regional epidemics, war, civil disturbance, or extreme weather conditions.

Deposits and /or payments on a booking may be sold to another person, only with final approval of Riverside Lodge.

No rate reductions or extra days will be granted for:

1. Client/s departs before conclusion of trip or if they fail to arrive on booked start date.

2. Due to including but not limited to, weather, area closures, government closures or restrictions, health and wellness of client, acts of God, global pandemics or regional epidemics, war, civil disturbance, or extreme weather conditions.

Riverside Lodge highly recommends clients purchase cancellation insurance for the booked trip and all related travel expenses. Most insurance companies require Trip Cancellation Ins to be purchased within days of booking the trip, ask about CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason)Insurance. It is available through most Travel Insurance providers. We do not endorse or specifically name any particular insurance company, an internet search may show many options of suitable providers.
